The emphasis will be placed upon the two Core Topic areas, “Crime” and “Human Rights”. Some attention will also be directed towards what has traditionally been a favourite Legal studies topic, “Family”. Discussion from the evidence will be central to this study, as will the use of the Board of Studies “Standard Package” in understanding the answers to be written in order to gain maximum marks in the HSC examination.
