Primary tuition available at The Education Centre Coffs Harbour, Woolgoolga and Grafton
Primary and Infants students complete an assessment which gives us an indication of their levels and a beginning on which to structure our programs.
We will find a Teacher or Tutor who will suit your child. The Teacher’s aim is to build on their students’ levels to improve the individual outcomes as they progress through school. Our Teachers are equipped to work with individual learning styles and will work with students’ own interests, where practical, to increase their understanding.
Teachers use co-operative, interactive, engaging and fun methods to help their students want to learn.

The students who fare best in high school are those who can start year 7 with confidence.
This intensive course will help to prepare students attain the skills required for high school. There are 15 x 1.5 hour classes over term 3 & 4 focusing on Maths, English and assignment skills.
The Maths will work towards equipping them with basic skills so that they can concentrate on the higher level mathematics in year 7. This will also help towards NAPLAN in May.
The English skills will be incorporated into an assignment of their choice (from a list of suggestions). Making the whole program interesting for students. Students will cover skills such as planning, research, editing, vocabulary, essay writing and presentation.
There will be a presentation at the end of the program and a certificate of participation presented on the day. Parents will be invited.
Classes: These classes are small groups 3-4 students
Times: Term 4 2016 – Fridays 4.00pm – 5.30pm – Class Full
